Strategic Agreements and Partnerships Unit
The Strategic Agreements and Partnerships Unit was established following the recommendations of the Standing Advisory Committee for Administrative Organization and Governance on 14 Rajab 1443 AH (15 February 2022). With the University President's approval, a subcommittee was formed to study partnerships and agreements. The unit is responsible for studying and approving organizational frameworks, as well as developing, updating, and standardizing templates in line with applicable regulations and policies.

Tasks of the Strategic Agreements and Partnerships Unit
- Assessment: Assess the alignment of all partnership requests, outcomes, and obligations whether local or international with the strategic direction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the university.
- Evaluation: Review and audit the terms of agreements and partnerships between the university and external entities to ensure the formation of robust and sustainable collaborations.
- Organization: Oversee the process of requesting strategic agreements and partnerships from relevant university departments, governing them in accordance with approved procedures.
- Supervision: Examine all requests for strategic agreements and partnerships, presenting them to the advisory committee for consideration.
- Follow-up: Monitor the activation of existing agreements and partnerships, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon terms.
- Archiving: Maintain comprehensive records of all strategic agreements and partnerships at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences.
